What does the Free Forever tier include exactly?
The Free Forever tier includes the full alphabet (ሀ–ፐ) with audio, all ሀ–መ activities, ሀ–መ words and activities, numbers 1–10 with count and activities, some reading content, the full dictionary, and quizzes. No account or sign-up is needed to access it.
Can I switch between 6-month and 12-month billing?
Yes — you can switch at any time. The 12-month plan saves 20% and takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Can I subscribe for more than one child?
Yes — use the "Number of children" selector on the Parent plan before checkout. You'll also get a flat 15% discount for 2 or more children. Each seat is billed together in one payment, and you'll be able to create an account for each child from your parent dashboard right after.
What's the difference between the Teacher/Tutor and Parent plans?
The Parent plan gives your children full access plus a parent dashboard to monitor progress — choose how many seats you need at checkout. The Teacher/Tutor plan supports any number of student accounts with a class dashboard, assignment tools, and individual progress reports — ideal for classroom teachers or private tutors.
Do you offer a School or whole-institution plan?
